By accessing, registering on, browsing or using Villora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Villora platform or its services.

Villora may provide services connecting customers with restaurants, food vendors, grocery stores, pharmacies, parcel partners, delivery partners and other participating businesses.

Villora may operate as a technology and marketplace platform and may not directly manufacture, prepare, own or store every product listed by participating vendors.

The actual seller or service provider may remain responsible for the quality, legality, availability, preparation and fulfilment of the goods or services supplied by that vendor, subject to applicable law and Villora's platform responsibilities.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of Villora constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies published on the platform.

These terms should be read together with the Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Shipping or Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, Vendor Agreement and other applicable Villora policies.

Villora may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, business operations, legal requirements or regulatory requirements.

Updated terms may be published on the website or application.

Continued use of Villora after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

Vendors must provide accurate prices, descriptions, quantities and availability information.

Vendors must prepare and pack orders according to applicable food safety, product safety and other legal requirements.

Vendors must not intentionally provide counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe or unlawful products.

Vendor-specific obligations are governed by the applicable Vendor Agreement and Vendor Policies.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational and ordering purposes.

Actual products may sometimes differ in appearance because of packaging, size, colour, preparation or availability.

Customers should read product descriptions and applicable information before placing an order.

Where legally required information is provided by a seller, customers should review that information before purchase.

Villora may request vendors to correct inaccurate or misleading information displayed on the platform.

Food Orders

Food orders are prepared by the respective restaurant or food vendor.

Food quality, preparation, ingredients, allergens and other food-related matters may be subject to the vendor's responsibility and applicable food laws.

Villora does not encourage customers to rely solely on photographs or promotional descriptions when making health-related food decisions.

Food orders may be non-refundable after preparation except where a verified issue qualifies for a refund or other remedy.

Delivery partners are expected to follow applicable Villora delivery rules and safety requirements.

Delivery Partner Conduct

Delivery partners must use their own authorized account unless otherwise permitted by Villora.

Delivery partners must not share login credentials.

Delivery partners must handle customer orders responsibly.

Delivery partners must maintain professional behaviour with customers, vendors and Villora personnel.

Delivery partners must not misuse customer information.

Delivery partners must not intentionally delay, manipulate or falsely complete deliveries.

Delivery partners must follow applicable traffic, vehicle and safety laws.

Separate Delivery Partner Agreements and Policies may apply.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on distance, location, order type, demand, service availability and applicable promotions.

The applicable delivery charge will generally be displayed before order confirmation.

Delivery charges may change from time to time.

Promotional delivery offers may have separate conditions.

A delivery charge does not guarantee a specific delivery time.

Packaging Charges

Users should not share OTPs or payment credentials with unauthorized persons.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only in selected areas and for eligible orders.

Villora may restrict Cash on Delivery for certain customers, locations, products or order values.

Customers must pay the applicable amount when the order is delivered.

Repeated refusal of valid Cash on Delivery orders may result in account restrictions where appropriate.

Order Cancellation

For eligible orders, Villora generally provides a short cancellation window of three minutes when the vendor has not started processing the order.

Once preparation, packing, processing, pickup or dispatch has started, cancellation may generally not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Villora Refund Policy.

A refund is not automatically available for every cancellation or complaint.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must not submit false complaints.

Customers must not intentionally damage products and then request refunds.

Customers must not falsely claim that an order was never delivered.

Customers must treat vendors and delivery partners respectfully.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Villora for unlawful activities.

Users must not use the platform to distribute prohibited goods or services.

Users must not attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the Villora application or website.

Users must not introduce malware, viruses or malicious code.

Users must not attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.

Users must not scrape or copy platform data without authorization.

Users must not misuse customer, vendor or delivery partner information.

Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions.

Reviews and Ratings

Customers may be allowed to provide ratings and reviews.

Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences.

Users must not post false, abusive, threatening or misleading reviews.

Users must not post personal information about another person without appropriate authorization.

Vendors must not manipulate ratings or reviews.

Users must not demand money or benefits in exchange for positive or negative reviews.

Intellectual Property

Villora branding, logos, designs, software, content, graphics, text and platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy or commercially exploit Villora intellectual property without authorization.

The Villora name and branding may not be used to create confusion about an unauthorized relationship with Villora.

Vendor content may remain the responsibility of the vendor that supplied it.

By submitting content to Villora, users grant Villora the rights necessary to display and operate that content on the platform, subject to applicable law and the applicable privacy policy.

User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, feedback and other permitted content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is lawful and accurate.

Users must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Villora may take reasonable action against unlawful or prohibited content.

Vendor settlement and outstanding amounts may be reviewed before final closure.

Applicable contractual rights will continue to apply.

Delivery Partner Account Termination

Delivery Partner accounts are governed by the applicable Delivery Partner Agreement.

Villora may suspend or terminate a delivery partner for fraud, repeated misconduct, false delivery completion, misuse of customer information, serious safety violations or other legitimate reasons.

Pending settlements and company property may be reviewed during exit processing.

Liability

Villora will take reasonable measures to provide its platform and services.

To the extent permitted by law, Villora will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Vendor-related product issues may be subject to vendor responsibility and applicable law.

Delivery-related issues may be investigated based on delivery records and the circumstances of the order.
